Though the Stonecrest’s Strategic Realty Fund is relatively new and most of the invested capital has been raised in 2015, it is already starting to bare the fruits of our labor. We were able to evict, remodel, and sell eighteen properties for a gross profit margin of 16.96%. The net profit for the 2nd quarter was a healthy 10.1%. We are positioned for more growth with many properties currently on the market and listed for sale.

The majority of the properties we have been purchasing have been from Bank of America and Freddie Mac. We have heard that Fannie Mae and Wells Fargo have decided to start selling, which will bring substantial inventory into our market.

The overall real estate market continues to be stable and demand for homes is solid. We should continue to see more of our properties sell throughout the rest of the year.
