Our featured property this quarter is located at 14293 Saddle Mountain Drive in Los Altos Hills, California. This 4,300 sqft one-story, single family home has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The property was built in 1988 and sits on a 1.36 acre lot. It has a lovely pool and large backyard.

Our borrower was requesting a loan for working capital on some of his land development deals, which is not the type of lending we prefer to do. However, the borrower was a very experienced developer with a good track record. We decided to offer him a business line of credit and cross his owner occupied residence in Los Altos Hills, which had plenty of equity. This borrower’s great credit profile and our combined loan-to-value of 38% made it a great deal for the fund.
